Duties and responsibilities required:

1. Prepare and execute marketing objectives, policies and program to support business growth and development.
2. Manage, plan and organize advertising policies and integrated marketing campaigns across varied platforms to support and promote sales objectives.
3. rainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
4. Research complex data and analytical models and adopting them to develop marketing strategies.
5. Plan and coordinate specialised advertising campaigns including but not limited to media, artwork and such others to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, within the allocated budget and time.
6. Analyse marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, traffic and the likes to help shape future marketing strategies as per consumer patterns and preferences.
7. Create consumer awareness and effectively promote the reach of company’s services.
8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.


Skills Required:

1. Fluent in both Mandarian and English
2. Excellent content writing skills in both Mandarian and English
3. Good with computer softwares
4. Graphic design skills
5. Know how to make Chinese official account articles
6. Know how to run Facebook marketing campaigns.
