签证马上过期还需要续吗

上次续签, 续到12月11号, 但上学期有一科差3分过, 申请了补考, 就在12月5号, 出成绩大约在12月底, 这是最后一科, 过了就毕业了, 这种情况还需要续签证吗?

如果需要续签, 是不是成绩出来后学校就会马上跟移民局说此学生已毕业且无其他读书计划, 学生签证当即停止?
