后来几个月都找不到工作(相对比较冷门的专业+经济不好，职位不多+很一般的口语+没有运气的面试).
后来就决定去读PhD.
然后困境来了：
1。nsw的很多学校都不给生活费补助，比如悉尼，unsw，mq，uts，newcastle，uow等。。。。其他nsw一般的学校他没有申请。。。。
2。最后只拿到SA的Flinders和WA的Murdoch生活费补助。。。
后来就发邮件给nsw immigration问是否可以去SA或者WA读书，然后nsw的回复：
Dear XXX,
Thank you for your email. As you mentioned, NSW does not offer letters of release. It is ok for you to leave NSW to pursue your PhD in South Australia/Western Australia however the expectation is that you fulfil your 2 year committment to NSW after you have completed your PhD.

所以，对于 letters of release，没有迫不得已的时候，没必要申请。当然，当你去别州读书，各州貌似还是比较开明的。
