my student visa was cancelled because of the misleading of a agency. lucky i have applied 857 so that i can get a briding E . however , that has been refused . i did for the MRT and that has been failed again. i am now holding that visa and applying for the Ministerial Intervention for almost two years . my problem is, i am still qualified for 187 and my employer likes to apply that for me but i have heard that i can only apply 187 when i left Australia and that normally will get a negative decision. Therefore, i am seeking a experienced lawyer to explian my situation and do another application.
