可能对线路质量太敏感。查电话线，加filter，换路由。

是線路問題
跟 MODEM無關係的

Try the following:

change ADSL mode to : ADSL 1
set coding gain to lowest value（0 or 1)
disable intruder detection
disable VOIP
Enable firewall security ,and pick the lowest security level
save and restart router
