we have a fully furnished granny flat at the back of our house, with kitchen, shower and toilet, air conditioner. suitable for a quiet and clean student that wants to study in a peaceful quiet place, no smoking, no pets, only 1 car as we already have 2 cars in drive way, bus stop at the the front, train 20mins to city , close to flinders uni and walk to marion shopping center and glenleg beach and brighton beach.
全家具和空调，刚刚新换的地毯，整个屋子清理的非常干净，房间很大，大概有20平米，独立的厨房和卫生间，门口就是车站，去flinders uni 很方便，也可以走路8 分钟到train station，门口就有一个Coles 很方便！
the owners are very friendly and easy get alone with. the woman is chinese and man is Australian.

rent 180／w for one person, 240／w for a couple, including 100GB, water , gas and electrcity bills
