租金保证合同大概维持多长时间？
租金保证的租金是如何定义的，保证租金是给一个标准值还是按照全额租金？
假如房子可以租800，那么空置一年，业主还是可以收到 800*52 回报吗？
租金如何定义呢？
另外，
免水，电。网路费，还免8%weekly rental 的代理费 这个是永久免还是有一定年限？

买房资产上升这个问题很难去统计，不带土地的房产和带土地的房产也不一样，单从投资角度去看这个问题，因为资金也是有时间价值和机会成本的。所以，只看回报率，如果60万本钱同样投资房产或者其他，看看回报率个人认为是比较客观的。

如果按照4%银行存款利率，首付20% 114，000放银行的回报大概是4，560 每年
4，560/52周 = 87
560+87 = 647 算资金的成本。
租金要高于647每周才算有回报。
如果算上房产折旧和东西损坏维修费用，6%-7%有相当难度。
