we have a fully furnished granny flat at the back of our house, with kitchen, shower and toilet, air conditioner. suitable for a quiet and clean student that wants to study in a peaceful quiet place, no smoking, no pets, only 1 car as we already have 2 cars in drive way, bus stop at the the front, train 20mins to city , close to flinders uni and walk to marion shopping center and glenleg beach and brighton beach.
