Receptionist
H&T Realty is a leading propertyproject marketing and investment solutions agent in Sydney, Brisbane andMelbourne. We’ve gained extremely high reputation among customers anddevelopers over our years of servicing. We are currently offering a Full-Time12 months contract position for an enthusiastic Receptionist at our Retail Shopat Gold Coast. S/he plays will be the first point of contact for incomingcustomer or caller.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve visitors by greeting,     welcoming, directing them appropriately
  • Screen and routes incoming     calls and messages while providing basic information while necessary
  • Maintenance of mailboxes, receive     and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by following     procedures and controlling access (monitor visitor logbook, issue visitor     badges, etc)
  • Maintenance of overall office,     pantries’ cleanliness and ambience
  • Arrange, coordinate, host     events and fulfil all possible facets of our events
  • Maintain and replenish the     basic supplies and consumable items on a daily basis
  • Maintenance of overall display     centre’s cleanliness and ambience and reporting faults
  • Maintenance of equipment and     reporting faults
  • Issue employee card
  • Development of internal procedures
  • Travel arrangements for     employees
  • Organise conference and meeting     rooms booking
  • Maintenance files and databases
  • Diary     management
  • Expense management, reconciles     expenses, invoices and bills
  • Carry     out general and diverse administrative duties
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as     filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc
  • Be supportive to all other     areas by promoting a positive attitude and assisting when required
·        Otheractivities as directed by the management

Skills/Capabilities:

  • Proactive,     take initiative; always looking to improve process
  • Ability to identify and     troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to change
  • Mature in approach,     professional, positive and friendly disposition; a real “relator”
  • Self-directed and able to complete     projects without limited supervision
  • Ability to prioritise task,     multi-task and meet deadlines of multiple events
  • Comfortable and professional     telephone manner
  • Solid verbal and written     communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese


The successfulcandidate will have ideally worked in a fast-paced environment with thefollowing qualities:

  • A minimum of 2 years'     experience in a similar position
  • Intelligent self-starter and have outstanding     communication and relationship skills
  • Demonstrate high standards with     the desire to continuously improve
  • Resourceful and creative     problem solver
  • Able to work as a team player |     Happy to muck in and also independently
  • Intermediate     knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint & Excel
