房子位于 Enoggera区 Hawthorne St，附近有公车站和火车站
走路3min到公车站，有390到QUT-KG （10-15min）和 city（20min）， 正常15min有一班
走路5min到 Enoggera火车站 去city挺方便的， 去uq的话坐火车到parkroad station转bus全程45min左右吧
房子有中央空调，平时可以随便开 （不浪费的情况下）

家里用的telstra ADSL2+ 的网络，还算可以吧（这个随便用）， 我自己平时用的是Optus的 home wireless boardband 超级快 不过这个不包含在房租里，可以借你 （$69/month)

我房间还有我自己组装的电脑，不介意的话我会放着（可以用），介意的话我会搬走

和另一个男生share卫生间，楼下有一个厕所可以自用（只是厕所）

房子附近有一个小shopping centre 有一些餐馆和健身房之类的

要求: 不吸烟，爱干净，不养宠物

房租$150/week 包水电网

房间12月25号之后可以出租，到2月底或者3月初 （视情况长租）
