Mastery Institute Australia (MIA) is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in professional education and training for both domestic and international students.
We are currently looking for the right person to fill in the following position.
Admissions/Enrolment/Administration officer (Permanent full time)
About the role
  • Proven knowledge of enrolment process in particular knowledge of ASQA Standards, the Queensland VET Funding Programme and guidelines, ESOS Act and National Code and VSL requirements. Maintain and Update information of Student Enrolment, information
  • Organise Orientation
  • Work closely with marketing team, provide immediate and accurate information of enrolment status, campus capacity, student status follow-up where required
  • Issue qualification certificate
Skills and experience
  • Has unrestricted work right in Australia for the duration of the appointment period.
  • With over 2 years' experience in an RTO (essential)
  • Be familiar with RTO compliance (essential)
  • With a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • With advanced skills in EXCEL; WORD and Student Management System
  • Have efficient time management skills and ability to prioritise daily tasks
  • Have high level of professionalism at all times
  • Be a team player and have a hands-on attitude
  • Proficient in a language or languages other than English
Reception officer (1-year contract with possibility to extend)
About the role
  • In charge of Campus Open and Close
  • Process daily requests from students
  • Cash handling
  • Monitor students' attendance
  • Daily Office support
  • Monitor and support student clinic operation
  • Record minutes of meeting
  • Database entry and maintenance of student records
  • Resource preparation
