Our team is currently seeking a professionalAfter Hours Assistant, who is an all rounder and will be confident to assistthe diverse range of customers and clientele. About the role:
- The Chancellor & Lakeside office hours are generally from 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekdays, and 9:00am - 12:00pm on weekends. Should the After Hours Assistant receive a call outside of these office hours, the After Hours Assistant is required to firstly attempt to resolve the matter over then phone, and if no solution is reached the After Hours Assistant is expected to come onsite the building to assist the guest, tenant or owner.
- The After Hours Assistant is guaranteed payment for the nights they are rostered, even if they do not receive any after hours calls.
- The After Hours Assistant must attend appropriate training during the day, to familiarise themselves with the buildings, the services we provide, our software, procedures and so forth.

Our ideal candidate must:
- Always be available on call, for the nights they are rostered
- Provide friendly customer service at all times
- Present and communicate professionally at all times
- Ability to assess and resolve matters within a timely manner
- Report to management and the team for every after hour call out received
- Obtain a valid Driver Licence and have their own vehicle for transport
- At all times abide and follow the company policies and procedures in place
- Be content with the fact that after hour call outs are often unpredictable and unexpected
- Be flexible and available for shifts on weekdays, weekends or public holidays
