Hello! We are a foreign share house in Surfers Paradise.
It is a Riverview apartment building. (14th floor)
Near by Cavill Avenue/Cypress Tram Station.
our room condition is really good! (Master's room with 2bath, 1bath)
Currently, there are friends from Colombia, Turkey, Japan and Philippines.
It's $160 a week, and you'll pay the rent every two weeks. (Including all other utilities such as electricity and Wi-Fi)
It takes about 5 minutes on foot to Tram Station and 10 minutes to Surfurs Beach.
Coles, Woolworths, Starbucks, and other restaurants are all located 7~8 minutes away.
Working visa and student visa are all possible!
If you want to study English, it will be really helpful to stay a foreign share house!
Entry is available from April 1st, and Inspection is available for all days.
