Responsibilities and Duties
As a Brand Ambassador (Full-time), you will need to upkeep our brand imageand provide personalised customer service experience to our customersDemonstrations are conducted in a variety of retailer locations. This positionrequires work shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and some weekday holidays oras business dictates. - Desire to provide excellent service
- Conduct planned demonstrations in assigned retail stores to achieve specified sales goals
- Capture consumers' attention to participate in passion, captivating in-store demonstrations and provide personalized customer service experience to our customers
- Be a credible product and brand expert by educating consumers on the benefits and features of products and actively listening to consumers to confidently recommend appropriate products and comfortably over objections
- Maintain responsibility for all demonstration and other POP material
- Driven and self-motivated
- Assist with training for new staff as needed
- Demonstrate passionate and competence while demonstrating products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills - Fluent articulation English, and Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese (both would be great)
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Sales experience preferred but not necessary, training will be provided
- Good understanding of retail business operations is a plus
- Australia Residency or a valid Working Visa in Australia
Benefits and Perks - Base Pay + Commission
- Monthly Bonus
- AUD $50K – 70K a year
