房子地址位于 Hayman Street, Brompton, South Australia
townhouse， 4卧3卫。离roundlemall3.4公里，公交车站2分钟可到，乘坐230 231 232，15分钟一趟车，十分钟到city的roundlemall。也可以乘train ，4分钟到train站，公交车经过kingwillim street，roundle mall，维多利亚广场（近chinatown）

现有两个房间出租，7月20号左右available， 到明年5月末，房子是自己take下的，没有什么2房东，可以到中介直接把名字转到你的名下，房租不多要一分钱
网，水，电，煤气 已开通，中央空调，冬暖夏凉，无线不限流量网络，网速很给力
房子内用品齐全，冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机，

再说出租的两个房间，大一点的房间里有内嵌式衣柜，摆一张king size的床都不显的满
小点的房间放一个double size 的床没问题

唯一不足就是没有家具，可以帮准备，但是房租加5块每周，也可自己准备，bbs上卖床的很多，到时候
转手卖掉比帮你准备划算

室友是两个南澳的学生，男生，很友善，不抠搜，不太做饭，如果你喜欢自己做饭，没人和你抢煤气灶，可以吸烟
