东北区Greenacres，靠近Lights View, 3房2卫2车库，$345/周（周围类似的房子租金都在$385-$400/周）。 房子大概建于2009年。因为我们买了房子，所以要搬家。看看有没有朋友需要。主要是这样的房子现在找不到这么便宜的租金。

我们2010年起从Ray White租的这个房子，当时几乎全新。3个房间，比一般房间面积大。走路5分钟到greenacres shopping centre,有coles, post office, priceline, national pharmacy, Australian pizza house(好像是叫这个名字，平时不吃Pizza），和很多快餐店。走路3分钟到Lights View的湖和play ground.坐车有204，208，528，直达city。开车10多分钟到city。

适宜人群：
1. 学生：租金便宜，交通方便，购物便利。 3个房间，可以住至少4个人，主卧可以住2个人，有独立卫生间。
2. 年轻的打工族：购物便利，离市区8公里，环境优美，靠近Lights View, 有很多绿地，湖，适于傍晚散步。
3. 有孩子的家庭：购物便利，交通方便，附近有3个medical centre, 小孩子看病都不收费。Lights View 有湖，还有好几个play ground，小孩子很喜欢。走路5分钟。

下面介绍一下房子。

Master room：大概15平米，bay window. 我们放的家具是queen size bed, tallboy, dressing table, bedsides tables。有走入式衣帽间(walk-in)，带卫生间(ensuite)。

Bedroom 2,3: 大概12平米。可以放下双人床，书桌，和大衣柜

厨房是煤气做饭，有烤箱。有院子，但是没有花园需要打理（这是我们当时租房子的重要标准之一），房子光线很好。有中央空调。

不好意思，我要7月中旬才搬出去，我的合同9月初到期。如果想长租，需要跟中介签合同。
