Not that I know of.
If it's a laptop under warranty, you call them to arrange for a return pickup. A courier will come to your house, you fill in a return form, give it to them and they pick it up and send it to Vic. After Asus fixed it, they will send it back to you. No postage fee. The process is really quick. I had mine sent in and Asus returned and delivered the laptop the next day on express.
