My friend and I are looking for people to share a house with us in Bedford Park. The house is only a 3 minute walk to Flinders Medical Centre, and a 5 minute loop bus from Flinders University!! It is also close to Brighton, Glenelg, and Marion Shopping Centre. Buses are available to all of these locations as well as the city! The whole place is fully furnished, including bedrooms.Rent will be $120 for the single room. This rent will include gas, water, electricity, and wireless broadband internet!
The room we are currently renting out is a single bedroom,and comes with a double-sized bed, desk, lamp, and a built-in-wardrobe! This place will be perfect both for university students and for anyone working around the hospital. No pets, no smoking. Female students are preferred, and both local and international students are welcome. If you are friendly, cleanand tidy then we would love to hear from you!
