關於環境： 個人感覺很不錯的小區，apartment 和townhouse都有，小區設施也很齊全，基本該有的都有，這裏不多說了！

關於房子： 現在有一間single room 或一間master room出租，家具齊全，master大床，大衣櫥，小阳台 （也可兩人share）

關於價錢： single 135 per week    master 220 per week（价钱可议）    包括所有bill。

關於租期： 如果你覺得房子住的行，我這人還說得過去，那就多住。 otherwise，不強求，不過兩個禮拜的notice希望可以給我！呵！先謝過了！

關於距離： 大概15min  走路到 harbour town， 5min 走路到labrador park （裏面有coles），旁边就是有很多菜馆的一个小shopping center（domino,pizza capper，IGA，还有泰餐什么的）10分钟开车到griffith， 公車站就在楼下拐角處(715, 703, 706 等)，因为挨着harbour town，所以车很多，而且各個方向都有直達。

關於本人： 來澳洲快2年了，讀IT，自認爲性格比較隨和，好相處。
                認識我的人基本都知道我的生活就是三點一線，學校，上班，睡覺。 本人打工時間較多，在家時間較少，所以不會吵到芳鄰！

             另外一个sharemate是个性格开朗的女生。  

       PS：房子一切齊全，拎包入住。
