其实也不是没有的，一般的房子的确设计图是已经安排好的。
但是很多豪宅和或者盖房公司有跟设计师有联系，要设计有个人偏好的估计一般都是豪宅多，曾经去过一豪宅的PARTY，家里跟我现在住的设计根本就几个等级。

不过要是一般来说，的确很冷门，不干出个名堂是会饿死地

学设计就业面太窄了，如果大学里没有好老师带的话，很难入行的。

而民宅大多是预制机构，一般就改个门的朝向什么的。你可以网站上搜索下大的民宅公司在BRISBANE DIXON HOME,EASTCOASRT（这个是最近比较新的公司，专门做西班牙，地中海风格的）
