来澳洲以后狂掉头发，想知道大家有没有类似的情况

我朋友说是澳洲水质的问题，我也不懂，就是狂掉头发，之前头发一会儿烫直一会儿烫卷损伤比较大，但好歹还算柔顺，现在基本成枯草了，太阳一晒，感觉中午头发都要烧起来了，这还不止，每天都狂掉头发，想问问大家有没有类似的情况。
如果有的话，是不是要吃点什么或者怎么保养啊 急求啊亲们 我飘逸的秀发
不要说什么洗发水护发素发膜了，买的护发素发膜够多了，好几个牌子都试了，还是没用啊，呜呜

后来查了～不是说人一天要掉20到50根头发都是正常的。。。

自己也没数～～感觉应该是正常的～～
楼主大概掉多少呢？？超过100多就不正常了～

后来查了～不是说人一天要掉20到50根头发都是正常的。。。

我大概一天掉的有50到100根之间……
