*走路7-10mins左右到Bus stop (130,140,131,133,137,139等等). 去City, GU, UQ, QIBT上班上學都很方便
還有搭車7,8mins就到Sunnybank.

*走路2分钟到另一個Bus stop (135) 可以方便到GU, QIBT的朋友.

*對面的Pineland shopping centre有Coles, 7-11, 蔬果店, 西域拉麵, Korean store, Nandos 等等, 不想煮飯出去吃都有很多選擇.

*房子一共有2層, 我們租的是第2層, 樓下是其他租客, 他們有自己的廚房,衛生間, 樓上跟樓下是分開的. 而且屋子地板是木地板, 還很新,另外一個好處就是冬暖夏涼! 很少找到這麼好的房間! 并且家具都齊全, 風扇,冰箱, 椅子, 桌子甚麼的都有. 客廳也很大, 還有附送一個陽台.

單人房: 配有一張單人床, 書桌, 椅子, 床頭櫃, 燈, 電扇, 入牆衣櫃, 全身鏡, 獨立門鎖. ($120/wk)


雙人房: 配有一張雙人床, 書桌, 椅子, 床頭櫃, 電扇, 特大入牆衣櫃, 全身鏡, 獨立門鎖. ($130/wk)

寻找不吸烟不酗酒，安静爱干净的朋友。短租也可以。


12月23日可以入住，马上可搬进来的，无车的朋友优先考虑。
