谢谢朋友的回复, 我是自住, 不过就算投资租给别人也不好吧.

在97年15万的房子,在2000年一般价值都有20万以上了, 7.5万简直是白菜价格, 我查了别处的, 除了个别有小幅度降价, 没见过这样的...

而且挺好的房子一直没卖出去,中介说是等我出差回来详谈,那时我也没明确说买... 有这么好的中介?

另外, 风铃...

你确定当时卖时不是地？97年sunnybank hill很多地方都没有开发呢。有的是大地到2000年分割了卖。你只要看看是不是隔壁有个差不多大小的800以下的地或者房屋造了几年了就知道了。
