关于网络慢的问题请教

我们家的网络总是很慢，以前是TPG的无限网络，经常掉线，有时都无法上网，后来打电话给技术调了，但一样不稳定，多数时间都很慢，现在下狠心上了TELSTA的500G(cable) ,可还是非常的慢，。今天测出来才不到1mbps,家里倒是有三四台电脑，但也不至于影响到上网都困难吧，都说telstra的不错，但我们家为什么总是遇到网络很慢的问题。多数时间都慢，但有时候还是可以。
请懂的朋友指点下这是怎么回事
