TPG等了一个月了，还是有故障。求大伙鉴定是什么问题。

有么有同学知道这大概是什么问题？
有的救吗？

因为听说有人tpg搞了两个月都没通网的！

adsl灯不亮
MDF线路没问题
家里线路ok
tpg exchange 线路ok
电话有dial tone，打不出电话，提示音： service not available，pls contact Telstra

Tio是啥呢？就等下次telstra的人检查线路了。要是在搞不好就直接换telstra了

你家的電話線有沒有聲音?
沒有的話 那就是電話線有問題

有沒有用過tpg給的test 好像叫 isolate test
測試過有沒有恢復正常?
有沒有是過另一個電話線插頭?
有沒有是過另一個Filter, modem?
會不會modem內的設定錯誤 例如 密碼/使用者名稱?

我新家用Telstra Adsl2，非常慢，打电话投诉数次都没解决，最后和他们说解决不了就上告TIO。于是发现线路有问题，解决了就快了。
