I appreciate you if you can tell me what file I need to supply to you, if I want to change my Preference Category from F1 to F3, my F1 file was finish Packet 3, and where do I send to you the supply files?
My file is at U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou.

Thank you for your email.
If you have got married, and would like to upgrade your visa category to F3 and add your spouse to the visa application. Please mail a signed statement with explanation, notarized copy of your marriage certificate, and copy of your spouse's passport info page to the Consulate. We will review your documents and your request once we receive your documents, and will send further instructions to you after the processing is completed.
