A fully furnished big room in a nice furnished house at a very convenient and quiet location. Close to everything - 1 minute walk to bus 427 and 428 to UQ, short walk to Indooroopilly shopping town and train station.
The room has quality furniture – double size bed, big wardrobe, desk etc. Wireless broadband internet available with generous download limit.
You will be sharing with two male and two female students in the two bathroom five bedroom house.
Seeking professionals and mature students who are reliable and tidy. Applicant must be non-smoker. The room is for one person only.
