Personal Assistant supporting the Managing Director
Based in Burleigh Heads
Key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
Legal Secretarial Duties
Operational management of day to day office procedures
Ensuring that all required office processes and policies are clearly communicated and adhered to
Day to day management of the Managing Director's diary and travel arrangements
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
To be considered for the role you require:
5-8 years administration experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with operating databases and MS Office applications (must have strong working knowledge)Mandarin is a must
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering high level administrative/secretarial support in a demanding environment. The ability to use your initiative to ensure you are proactive in supporting management is paramount.
This role requires a professional with a high degree of flexibility, organisational and time management skills, coupled with effective interpersonal and communication skills to build positive working relationships within the team.
