The Cafe Bravo are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager/ Senior Waitress, to lead our award winning cafe restaurant.

This position be 35-40 hours per week and will include day and weekend shifts.  

The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, a hands on leadership style and the ability to manage the daily operations of a busy Café.

You must be committed to ensuring our customers receive an outstanding level of service and that they enjoy their time with us and leave with a smile.

Skills / Experience

    Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
    within the hospitality industry
    Advanced barista skills / Coffee knowledge
    Commitment to exceeding customer
    expectations
    Ability to build strong customer and staff
    relationships
    Highly customer focussed & results driven
    Actively monitor customer satisfaction and act
    accordingly to improve
    Staff supervision and training and development
    Adept at maintaining a positive team
    environment
    Experienced in opening and closing procedures
    accurately record sales and banking, and to be able to investigate, explain and report on any discrepancies

    assist incontrolling expenditures e.g. COGS, Wage Costs and Controllable Expenses

    establish clearlines of communication with Staff, Store Manager, Franchisees, Corporate Office and Suppliers

    assist inmaintaining Stock Control through monitoring of Wastage, Accurate Monthly Stocktakes,Effective Ordering-Receiving and Storage Procedures

Barista

Prefer Junior Barista.


We are seeking a team orientated and customer focused Barista to join our team.

Hours will be approximately 10 - 25 hours per week.

Candidates must have good coffee knowledge and sound Barista skills and a minimum of 12 months previous coffee making experience in a similar busy Café environment.

You will be a team player, highly customer service focused and committed to exceeding customers expectations.
