现在我把 unit 转到我老婆名下，所以我把存款全部都拿去还清贷款了

但现在我手上一分钱也没有，手上没钱的日子有点恐慌

请问我可以让我老婆拿 unit 去跟银行贷些钱出来不?
如果可以的话，利率是不是会比房贷利率要高许多?

还有一点，你如果是贷款做投资什么的，可能好办，如果只是贷款消费，估计就不那么好贷。
最好去咨询哪些broker，他们比较专业。
