地理位置：地址是Mascar Street, Upper Mount Gravatt, 走shortcut到Garden city的話只需要5分鐘或者更少喔！
從屋走路穿過草地(2分鐘)就到Palmdale shopping centre, 有韓國、中國餐廳，Dominos pizza, Nandos,藥房等
再走過馬路就到Garden city 了，內面應有盡有，也有亞洲超級市場，打工機會也有很多


交通： Garden city交通超方便的，適合讀UQ, QUT和Griffith 的學生，Upper Mount Gravatt busway station高峰時間根本不用看timetable,每分鐘都有幾輛巴士，高速15分鐘直達city,完全不用怕塞車，我以前住Toowong peak time 起碼塞半個小時呀，這裏完全沒有這個問題。QUT Gardens points 的朋友可以搭138,118,162 rocket bus，在Margaret Street下車，真的不說笑大概15 分鐘你就到Gardens point門口了。UQ的朋友可以搭169,早上繁忙時段5分鐘一班。家附近有180,174 車站，如果不想走去Upper Mount Gravatt statioin也可以坐一站去，只需2分鐘

屋子： 這是一個3間房的新淨apartment, 你將會和我share一個廁浴。我們全部都是QUT女生，所以女生學生優先。不和房東同住，全部都是學生，所以會比較casual, 沒有太多條條框框，只需要晚上不要太吵，乾淨，幫忙維持公共空間衛生就行了。我們都很好相處，有空可以一起吃飯，聊天的，你也可以帶朋友來玩，希望你有真正的"家"的感覺。Complex 有swimming pool，夏天可以去游泳。

房：Double bed,入牆鏡門衣櫥，有書桌，垃圾桶，燈光是白燈，晚上開燈不是那種很暗的黃光，不會令你沒有精神喔

這間屋8月12日 Available!可以早但最好不要遲， 現在住這間房的租客因為有事回國才空出喔！
房租是$160 包unlimited wifi不包電費和熱水費。不接受短租，超碼租到12 月。
