Personal Assistant
The Organisation We are an independently owned mortgage broking business based in Brisbane with a consistently industry award winning manager. We have strong connections with real estate agencies, builders and major developer.
The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and driven assistant to join out team as a contractor for 6 months. ( We may able to provide permanent position after the cessation date base on the performance. The successful candidate will contribute to a growing and Award winning team of Brokers providing client services that are second to none. The part time hours for this position will be 10-20 hours per week. (hours may increase). Salary will base on experience.
Duties · High level efficient and effective administrative support · Intensive and accurate data entry · Exceptional diary management · Excellent client management · Maintenance of referral relationships
The successful candidate will have:
· Experience as a Personal Assistant would be advantageous · Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise · Great organisational skills · Proficient computer skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly · Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written · An ability to work independently as well as part of a team · Have the motivation to build and develop your skills
