We currently have a part time receptionist position/marketing assistant position available.
Roughly 25-32 hours per week depending on suitability. Training is provided for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Front office reception (answering phone & email).
- Dealing with clients face to face.
- Checking rooms after housekeeping.
- Updating website content.
- Working on promotions, social media, advertising.
- Preparing corporate letters.
- Any other office duties required for front office.
Ideal candidate:
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Must have strong customer service skills and willingness to engage with the customer and make a memorable impression.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Always striving to improve and have a can do attitude.
- Experience in marketing and hotel management is a plus!
