Spacious room with large sliding mirror wardrobe available for rent in a 2 bedroom unit in southport. The unit is very modern and homey to live in with unlimited wifi included, a 52 inch tv and playstation and xbox free to use as well as premium Netflix. The room itself is not furnished but a bed and other furnishings can be arranged depending on the situation. The unit is extremely close to everything as it is a 10 minute walk to local shops and schools (Australia fair, Browns School), and only a 2 minute walk to the nearest tram station and bus stops. The common areas are fully furnished eg. Pots, Pans, Cups, Tv, Lounge room, Washing machine, Dryer. ect. Considering this place you must 100% LOVE dogs, as i have a 1 year old Pomeranian.
