The Role
We are seeking an self-motivated Real Estate Agent with strong ethics that will compliment our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through online research, cold-calling, networking and social media to identify qualified leads, and evaluate customer needs.
  • Client Meetings - Setting appointments to understand their needs, and provide solutions accordingly
  • Relationship Management - Ongoing engagement with existing customers to keep them up to date with the latest market trend and policies could affect them
  • Sales Conversions - Managing opportunities in your sales funnel to closing out your deal.

Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional presentation skills - both verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Reaching and exceeding the targets set by the business.
  • You will have a go-getter attitude with a passion for real estate and solving customer problems.  
  • Excellent time-management, an individual who thrives on managing their own time.
  • Team player:  You will join a supportive and close-knit team environment.  A collaborative and fun approach to work is essential.
