UI/UX Designer工作内容：
-主要是负责公司官网、LMS系统，以及其他Digital Product的设计，与人机交互。
-需要与公司的Business Analyst 团队以及Developer团队协调公司，满足Stakeholder的需求。
-主动挖掘需求，以及站在产品经理角度思考产品设计。
工作要求：
Our Designers take on a variety of responsibilities that span design, development and stakeholder engagement, including:
-Planning and project management;
-Meeting with clients to:
-Scope new projects;
-Determine client needs; and
-Translate ideas into something that will 'wow' the customer, in a language they will understand;
-Carrying out user experience design work;
-Working with front and back end developers to transition designs to fully working products;
-Using your innovation to provide expert consulting on creative solutions for client issues; and
-Being an internal brand guru.
