1. great location!!! 房子位于frewville, 邻burnside, glenside, fullarton, 是非常好的区 安全安静,交通便利,可搭乘各路bus: 171第五站, 145第七站, 861,863,864,865第五或第六站... bus 5分钟到city grenfell street (早晚高峰期需要10分钟左右) 步行5分钟到第五站或第六站

2. 第五站有foodland和Woolworth, post, pharmacy等等, 第六站有个24小时麦当劳,附近还有各类中餐馆.. 从家门口向东走1.5公里(10~20分钟)就能到 burnside village centre. 距离Glenunga International High School也非常近(步行五分钟).

3. 各类家电齐全,可拎包入住. 一个浴室 二个厕所,楼下是厨房(锅碗瓢盘各类餐具厨具齐全,有烤箱,微波炉,洗碗机,高压锅,电饭锅,吐司机,烧水壶等等)和客厅(有电视机和DVD PLAYER),楼上是卧室..中央空调系统,每个房间都有空调,制冷制热都可..网络为iiNet 400G(200+200) per month..

5. 总共三间卧室,除主卧外其他两间房每间都只住一人,如果主卧住2人就总共四人,如果主卧只住1人那么总共就三人.
