找朋友一起share房租,朋友们也可以整租，因为我签证快到期了。不图赚钱,只图交朋友! 下面是房子的具体情况:

屋内设施  全家具
交通状况  Stop 4 H20, H22,H30,H31,H32, 162, J1,J2 在学校对面车站下, 不过房子距离阿大只有2.5KM,我平时都是骑自行车去还可以锻炼身体,求通行同伴,嘿嘿。(区位及公交线路见图)
屋内设施：DVD，32寸CRT彩电，全套厨房用具(锅碗瓢盆)，微波炉，冰箱，洗衣机，全屋空调（水循环，特省电）大客厅,gas heater在客厅里,每间房都有自己的heater，写字台，床，衣橱, 台灯, 老板椅,安全链,其他设施应有尽有。
周边环境：close to everything, 附近有shopping center, 亚洲食品超市,KFC,大红鸡。
舍友及房东情况： 房间里的两个舍友都是阿大的学生，我也是阿大的学生，挺好相处的，为人和善，没啥小事,爱交朋友,爱学习,如果你有什么学习上的问题,我们可以一起努力(哈哈,有点自夸) 咱们这个房子里不和房东一起住, 大家一起share房租,生活自由,无拘无束{:4_151:} 他老人家是policeman,住在beach,平时不来,和蔼可亲,长的神似肯德基爷爷{:4_177:} .
租金： 现出租二楼房间,$130/week 和我的一样,咱们住隔壁^_^
每个房间都是全家具,有空调和heater,并且房东还给留了闹铃收音机(不过我不会用:)
