交通状况：因为是O-Bahn公交专线，所以完全不受早晚高峰期和天气的影响。从家门口到阿大对面车站，最多25分钟（无数次实测）；如果从骑车，一分钟就可到车站，还可以再少5分钟。到CITY的车很多，随便说几个：M44，G30，G40，C1，C2，541，542，543，545，546，548等等，各路车还有直达车，路线后面加一个X，比如M44X，C1X, 541x等等。直达车中途不停，从tea tree plaza到CITY只需11-13分钟。
家里有乒乓球室和篮球场

Tea Tree Plaza是东北区最大的购物中心，里面有Coles, Kmart, BigW, Woolworth, Target, Reject, Harri Scarf, Myer等商场，还有各种品牌店，生活特别方便。从家里到购物中心和O-Bahn车站走路七、八分钟的样子。
