我就想快点搬到magill去，越快入住者优先，现在课程越来越紧了，如果浪费太多精力我就不出租了，到10月份我就到期了，不用负责把房子租出去了。

3室之一，另一个房间住一个姐姐带着女儿，人非常好相处
此房间是带独立卫浴的超大房间，不需要再排队等待洗手间和淋浴了。有品位的房子
房间内有单人床或者双人床，小沙发，衣柜，写字台，私人小冰箱，冷风扇，暖气机
厨房用具共用，所有料理的电器齐全，微波炉，烤箱，搅拌机，料理机，电水壶。。。。。洗衣机， 烘干机，dvd 等等

走2分钟就有free bus，我开始在阿大附近上课都是坐这个bus，可以到rundle mall， central market， china town， 还有tram，都是免费的喔

拎包入住，连被子，枕头，抱枕，床单都现成的
只租给一个人住
两个人也可以，只能租到10月17日。两人每周250元

我替她回复吧，20多平的房间还带独立的卫生间淋浴，还是在city house已经很便宜了，在city house要比公寓贵，因为少，夏天特别凉快，绝对不用空调，况且这是富人区
