家附近就是regency plaza和north park shopping center，有2个Woolworths， coles，foodland,target, KFC,麦当劳，hugry jack,subway,必胜客等多个餐馆，还有四大银行，flight center，nab, pharmacy，邮局，教堂... ...步行几分钟就到，非常便利

2）交通便利：

222,224,225,226,228,229,222F,224F,225F,226F,228F,229F，209F，300，G10(可以直达showground考场),10至15分钟（F车，前17站不停，非常快。）就能到city。15分钟到Uni.SAMawson Lakes校区，因此也适合Mawson Lakes校区的同学入住

3)房间干净整洁，又大又舒适
house里面非常古典，优雅，有家的感觉，4间bedroom，有前后院，停车位，kitchen，洗衣房，2个toilet和一个bathroom

要出租的房间 ：全地毯，一张doublesize的床，一张单人床，两张书桌，两个大衣柜，梳妆台

4）友好的舍友
舍友们人都很nice,很爱干净，每周必打扫清洁，欢迎干净整洁人士，男女不限

懒得给房间拍照，所以上传的是房间的无家具照片，细节描述不周，欢迎看房

还没呢  坐公车大概15分钟 家里有在marson lake校区上课的舍友
