記得以前聽醫生說的， 說是為了補身子吃燕窩的人其實是心理作用，不如吃雪耳，燉蛋營養好，而且生病了的千萬不要吃燕窩，吃了更是養病。

哇，怀孕的事情太大条了，我可不敢答复。  这些还是咨询医生吧。
不过提醒一下， 煮干货（例如黄花菜，党参，干百合，竹笙，玉竹。。等等。。[只是举例，并不是说孕妇可以吃这些]）前记得用水泡完洗干净，因为上面有硫磺残留物。
