北京父母来这边过年，求短租双人间，时间元旦到3月初

简单说明一下我这边的情况，我在这里上班，父母北京人，非常友善，和蔼，开朗。他们年底要过来在这边过年，大概时间应该是元旦到明年的3月初。

那对于房子的要求是这样的，我目前住在Hillcrest，Delhi ave上，要租住的房子最好也在附近，步行15分钟可以到我住的地方最好。因为他们第一次来怕他们迷路，也方便我照顾。
房间最好是双人间，全包，你我都方便。硬一点床垫的双人床，整洁，安静。最好有空调！要不夏天实在不好过，如果有中文电视那再好不过啦，不过也无所谓的。
房子最好离去city的公交站，超市近一点，他们要去买点东西也方便。

别的也没什么要求啦，只要他们住的开心，不给房东添麻烦就ok啦。
另外，我父亲饭菜做得还是不错的，有机会住在一起的话可以试试，过年啥的一起吃个年夜饭，包个饺子，毕竟家里面有老人一起过年还是很温馨的。
