房间：房间大，有独立控制的空调，双人床，大衣柜等。但是限单人，谢绝宠物。

位置：房子离Tea tree plaza商业中心和公交车站仅有2分钟的步行距离，南澳最大的商业中心，你想逛就逛。Coles, Target, Woolworth, Big W,Harris scarf,小吃城，银行等等，应有尽有，一网打尽。而且车站公交众多，通达各地，有C1，C2,M44,G40,541,556等每隔几分钟就直达城里。你在别的地方为等车发愁，在这里，是车等你！由于是o-ban公交专线，只要15到18分钟，就把你带到城里。沿途路过阿德莱德最漂亮的风景带和饮水湖，绝对让你心旷神怡，养颜强身。个人认为，平身不坐o-ban车，枉到世上走一回。详情见地址：3, Jenkins Street, Modbury,5092.

卫生：卫生有专人打扫，你无需操心，确保你住得舒心，玩的开心，学得专心，吃的放心。

房客：房客全是阿大和南澳得学生，主要是女生，都很友善， 讲究卫生，安静不吵。

合同：该房子是房东本人的房子，非二房东，你想住多长就可以住多长，无到期需要搬家之烦。你不想住了，提前四周通知房东即好，无受合同拖累之苦。

房东：房东是阿德莱德皇家医院护士，乐于助人，慷慨大方，定期打扫卫生，竭诚为你服务。你住的舒服是我最大的心愿。
