1，不知道我人在澳洲， 如何出具有效的授权书（我是留学生）
2，您的律所 在国内 是否可以办理这样的授权书
3，如何收费

你好！
你要做一份付合中国法律的授权书，然后在国际公证律师见证签名，后再送到澳洲外交部认证，最后送到中国大使馆认证，並要付来回快邮费。全部费用$550，已包括外交部，中国大使馆等费用。須要14天才完成。澳洲外交部12月23日开始放假，到明年一月初才上班。你想做就快一点预约，本律所24号开始放假。

我24号回广州上班。要到1月19日才回澳大利亞上班。做这份委托书要十四个工作日才完成。因为大使館須要十四天办理。一月底大使馆放晨暦新年假两週，二月中才开始办公，希望你留意。
