如果对方是有骚扰并带有侮辱性的用词，你是可以将该情况用笔记下，然后向SafeWork投诉。
另外一个做法是委托律师出一封律师信，向对方警告，要求对方立即终止该不正当的行为。如果对方继续骚扰你，你可以入禀法庭，拿取禁止令，并向对方申请赔偿。
