I’m looking for share mates for single or couple room @ Sunnybank.

It’s located around Market Square and also closed to the shopping centre. (Coles, Woolworth and Asian Grocery)

It’s convenience to go to the city and Griffith University.

There are also many buses and trains going to the city (129,130,133,137,140 and ETC), It takes about 20 min to the city.(Taking 10"15 min from home to the bus or Altandy train station)

If anyone interested in our house, $125 (Single), $210 (Couple), and the Bond Fee 2 Weeks rent fee.

This is included the internet(ADSL 2 ),all other expenses, and Dish washing liquid as well.

It’s available from the 9th of February.

We have been about 2 months in the house, blanket, sheet cover, dishes～～.as all Brand New～.!!

We will enjoy sharing the house each other.
