应聘对象: 需持澳洲合法工作签证，并有相关工作经验
主要工作内容: · 严格按照公司及项目规定的工作标准及服务流程，为客户提供专业的留学咨询服务 · 了解客户申请留学所需要的相关背景情况，设计切实可行的留学方案，处理及跟进学生入学申请 · 根据公司未来业务发展，配合并协助经理制定目标与推广策略 · 积极协助团队，参与公司的项目推广和营销活动
应聘要求: · 具有留学相关销售工作经验 · 具备优秀的人际沟通技巧 · 具备较强的应变能力与独立工作能力，注重实效 · 熟悉澳洲教育架构和签证类别 · 具备较强的留学市场敏锐度及业务拓展能力，了解澳洲留学生的需求 · 具备良好的客户服务意识，责任心强 · 语言和文字表达能力清晰，精通英语和普通话(口语和写作) · 具备良好的活动策划能力，有活动组织实践经验者优先 · 熟练操作MS办公软件(包括Word, Excel, 及PowerPoint) · 懂得运用社交平台或设计软件
Recruitment - Senior Education Counselor at AOJI Education Adelaide Office Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior Education Counselor who is highly motivated and driven to join the team. Applicants must hold an eligible working visa in Australia and have relevant working experience.
Major Responsibilities include: - Provide accurate information to prospective students and their families, and provide professional advice on the selection of institutes and programs
- Handle students’ applications based on the school entry requirement and admission procedures and facilitate the students’enrolment process
- Work closely with the counseling manager to undertake strategic planning and direction setting for the office and company
- Assist the team to conduct e-marketing and promotional activities
The selection criteria include: - Demonstrated sales achievement
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
- High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Australia education framework and visa issues
- Experience working in a similar role and understand the needs of international students
- Strong sense of responsibility and high-level customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Good event planning and management skills, relevant experiences preferred
- Skills in social media and Photoshop /in-design is an add-up bonus
