Duties:

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Exercised strong attention to details in analysing the specifications and measurement of tiling areas in the architectural drawings.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Prepared quotes by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Negotiated and reviewed the subcontractor agreements.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Monitored ongoing projects to ensure the actual works match the expectation and provided immediate rectification if necessary.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Conducted site visits and provided recommendations and informed advice regarding site viability.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Prepared and provided the compliance and supporting documents required by tenders such as Company CV, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Insurance Policy, National Crime Check and vice versa.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Managed inventories in the warehouse.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Ensured a timely response to enquiries from tenders and clients, and suggested alternatives for the better outcomes.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Worked closely with the suppliers to ensure the stocks received in a timely manner.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]- Issued tax invoices after the completion of the projects and chased up overdue amount when necessary.
